Delivery and payment

We deliver across Europe and propose two options: 1) standard shipping through traditional post services within 5-7 business days, and 2) DHL Express services within 3-5 business days.

For orders of an amount superior to 150 euros standard shipping is offered free of charge. For smaller orders or orders delivered through DHL, shipping fee will be added to the final price.

Please note that 1% of your purchase will always be donated to foster initiatives of CO2 removal from our atmosphere.

Returns are only accepted for products part of the categories “Tepi and Kuripe” and “Other products” in case of damages having occurred during shipping or defects not detected by our team upon order fulfillment.

In the unfortunate event where this would have occurred, please write to contact@aynirape.com and describe the issue. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

For potential reimbursements, please note that these will be released once the returned products will have been received by our team. Shipping cost related to the return will be at the expense of the customer.
